Michael J. Olson has over sixteen years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience. He spent his first three years working for Hague, Sahady & Co., P.C., an accounting and professional service firm; and his last thirteen years with Nadeau Wadovick LLP before transitioning to Wadovick & Company, when it was formed in January of 2020. Mike specializes in a variety of attestation services and taxation engagements with a focus on small businesses, governmental, and tax-exempt entities. He primarily services clients in the Historic Tax Credit and New Market Tax Credit space with attestation services, tax engagements, certifications, financial modeling, and consulting.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as the treasurer for a youth sports organization.
Mike and his wife live in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts. They have three children.
