Jeffrey D. Wadovick, CPA, MST, MBA

Jeffrey D. Wadovick, CPA, MST, MBA, Partner, has thirty-six years of accounting, auditing and tax experience.  He spent five years working for KPMG, an international accounting and professional service firm and two years at FleetBoston, a financial institution.  He then spent twenty-three years as a partner with Nadeau Wadovick LLP.  In January 2020, after the retirement of his former parter, Jeff formed Wadovick & Company which has continued to provide high quality accounting, auditing and tax services.

Jeff is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Jeff has served as a board member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He served twelve years on the Board of Sail Newport.  He is currently the Chairman of the Town of North Kingstown Audit Committee.  Jeff also actively serves on various community organizations’ board of directors.  Jeff has a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Troy, New York and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation (MST) from Bryant University of Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Jeff specializes in servicing individuals and business entities (corporation and partnerships) whose needs included specialized accounting, attestation services, and strategic tax planning and preparation.  A major segment of his practice is serving clients in the Historic Tax Credit and New Market Tax Credit space.  Many of these clients are located throughout the United States.  He works closely with various large national investors, syndicators and developers.

 

Jeff has been married for thirty-three years to Renee.  They have four children: Jamie, Jodie, Heidi and Tanner.  Jeff resides in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
